Beauty and the Beast Musical play

Well, they are coming to a theater near me soon, (Wow that sounded corny), and I have actually never been to a Musical before, well, never been to one I wanted to see.
(Saw Jacob and the technicolor dream coat, which granted was pretty good)
Anyways, I love musicals and have always want to go see a certain few, and this is one of them.
But I wanted to know what you guys thought about it.
Like people who have seen it, what you thought about it.
I don't remember much from the movie, and really want to watch it, but I do know about the story for the most part.
Hopefully I will be going to the show when it comes.
It looks like it is going to be great!

I know this is an old thread but my family did see Beauty and the Beast the musical in Chicago many years ago and it was an amazing show! My daughter was a toddler at the time and she was captivated

I saw Beauty & the Beast on stage, and it's beautiful! It's SO like the Disney film, it's incredible, it's like it's actually coming to life before your eyes. The sets are a.mazing. I'd love to see it again
