Yes, I think it's a businessman from South Carolina named Mr. Zucker. The Bay has been having trouble finding its niche since the advent of the big-box store. Mr. Zucker offered a price per share about 17 percent over the previous closing price. Good luck to Mr. Zucker and The Bay. It's going to be rough going regardless of who owns the company.

The Bay needs a serious overhaul... but I still think it's sad because of all the history and heritage that goes with it.

The Bay is too expensive. But I agree that most of their stores are pretty rundown and in serious need of repair.
