Bay Area Christian Universities

Are there any Christian Universities or Colleges in the Bay Area?
More on the San Jose side, anything even close? I've been trying to look up some, but i can't find any within 2 hours of the Bay Area.

I think there is one called San Jose Bible College. What you might want to do is call Valley Christian High School. That is one of the biggest Christain High Schools in the country and they are located in San Jose. They would probably be able to set you in the right direction as far as local Christain Colleges. Well there was a San Jose Christian College, but I think they moved up closer to our area but I forget what it's called now, and no, I don't think it's in San Jose. I heard San Jose was the tenth largest city in the US, so I would hope the city would have a Christian college, but I dunno. If you go to the State University at San Jose, you can meet in a Christian club (if I go there) . But no, I don't think there would be any doctrinally sound ones, dunno. I searched for good Christian colleges, specifically in the Bay Area because it's by the ocean, hence my major Biology w/ concentration in Marine Biology, and because it's not tooo far away from home (because I still have braces appointments next year ). It's tough. They're all in So Cal. There's a few small ones in Nor Cal, there's William-Jessup in Rockland I believe, Shasta Bible College in Redding I think, and Simpson College (also in Redding I think). hi, I'm definitely not clued in on Christian colleges near SJ... but there is Patten College in Oakland. I'll look into it online tonight. If I find anything... I'll post it here for you. What do you think you want to study? If you're called to ministry, there is always Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary.

Only one I can think of is Patten College In Oakland, I know a few people that go there. Pretty nice college.

Bethany College is in Scotts Valley, near Santa Cruz. Don't know much about them, but you can check them out.

I think S Jose Bible College moved or has plans to move up near Sacramento area.
