  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

If people are seeing your indicator it means you aren't being stealthy. You need to utilize cover, keep moving, and try to get behind them. I have successfully approached flags undetected using the support kit.

No, BF:MC does not have the squad/commander system, so organization is not enforced. Having such a stiff pecking order doesn't really make sense on a 24 person server, though, and communication between players (who almost all have headsets) is in general very very good regardless of the lack of a formal 'chain of command'.

Eh..that's lame. There isn't really any excuse why they couldn't add a squad system at the very least. It makes ALL the difference when you and a team are coordinating and you can see where everyone is on the map..not to mentio being able to spawn on your squad leader and issue orders that show up on everyones map in the squad...

Seems they fell a little short on this release.:/

Sure there is. Squads and commanders don't make a lot of sense when you only have 12 people on a team max. Informal organization actually works very well on XBL because almost everyone has headsets and is in constant communication with eachother.

See the above.

and you can see where everyone is on the map

You can. The positions of your teammates and important assets (including enemies in a teammate's LOS) show up on your map, and you can easily see where close teammates are using the indicators on your HUD.

..not to mentio being able to spawn on your squad leader and issue orders that show up on everyones map in the squad...

Not a big deal. Again, almost everyone has headsets to communicate with.

Also SUNSTONE, there is a clanmatch system. Look through the menus.

Ahh that's right...I forgot it has a smaller number of players. You're right..squads are not needed. 12 people practically IS a squad :p Eh...I say stick to the real deal...don't buy a cheap imitation.

Then I'd be one very unhappy gamer, as my computer can't run BF2 with more than 20 fps. :) The console is fine for me. :D

I find that I can plow people over left and right, console players must be very new at the game or I am getting better. something like that. I don't like the fact that all you have to do is tap your own ally with a tank, humvee, whatever and they die. Some stupid players run right in your driving path. It's annoying but regardless it's unbeliveably fun.
