  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

He can still be shot in the head and keep going in the regular game (unless you're playing on Dante Must Die setting). And I would borrow it, but I have WAY too many other games right now so...don't tempt me, willard3! I dare not borrow it, even to just look at, for I would use it with a desire to have fun, but through me it would cause unspeakable grade decline.

The point is, if both were relatively mortal and with their STANDARD stuff, which would win? Dante has cool guns, the power to transform into a demon, and a nice sword. Yoshitsune has dual katanas and the power to slow down enemies.

I dunno... methinks Cloud might be better matched with someone like Siegfried Schtauffen or Nightmare, from the Soul Edge/Soul Calibur series. What with the frikin huge swords and being one in the same with a villain...

Forgive my ignorance, but what would Cloud do to kill Link? I mean, Link's killed bigger things that had bigger swords... He could land an arrow in Cloud's head, right? Or leave him a nice, spherical, exploding present? Blind with a Deku Nut, then jump in for the kill?

Cloud's head is so empty that an arrow in it wouldn't damage much Cloud's survived must nastier things (a sword run straight through his chest, for example).

And as to how he would kill Link? Well, if somehow the superhuman strength and agility of SOLIDER failed him, there's always Materia

No...Cloud is just relationship-challenged. When it comes to fighting he's got his mind all straightened out

The process people go through to get into SOLDIER grants unhuman power.

One word. Omnislash. Doesn't matter what link uses, when a guy warps around, smaking him with a sword 4 times his size a dozen times for near max possible damage, he's in trouble.
