As of this week my puppy has started barking, a lot. Yesterday when I tried to leave for an appointment he would not stop barking, and he was barking very, very loud for his little 3 lb. frame. What can I do about this? I live in an apartment building, so I don't want it to become a serious problem. He doesn't bark much when we are home, when he does we just say "No" in a loud voice and he stops, but after I leave I don't know how to make him stop.
