I have a few questions:

1. Is baptism necessary for salvation? If baptism is necessary for salvation, does infant baptism count?

2. Can someone be filled with the Holy Spirit before they are baptized? Why? If so, could someone be moved by the Holy Spirit if they had an unbiblical baptism?

Not necessary for salvation. Infant baptism doesn't count. Nevertheless, a saved person will get himself baptized understanding the role of the Trinity.

Yes, anything is possible for God.

Acts 10:44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message.45 All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.46 For they were hearing them speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter answered,47 "Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?"48 And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.

Baptist is commanded in the scriptures, but it is not nessecarily essential for salvation. It follows as an act of obedience following salvation.

so, if someone turns to God, if someone seeks God to find Him and have life, what will they do first ? , ... ... +++

+++ again, what is written in Scripture? a paradox for you here , btw, "Holy" is always an adjective in Scripture - never ever a name nor a title (that usage is a corruption of outside influences taking control after the first century).
read ACTS to see who was immersed AFTER God (english fails - 'breathed life' is best I think) upon them.
If someone had an unbliblical baptism, instead of for instance a biblical immersion, then they can still potentially be saved and immersed as God directs. God willing. +++

Mark 1:9-11 “And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him: And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”


Our Christian walk is imitating the master Jesus ..... In the above quote from Mark we see Jesus going to be baptized. So thus, it seems we should do the same. Is it necessary for salvation ? No, all that is necessary is the blood atonement on the Cross. To me the baptism is a public statement of the work of grace in myself. It's standing up for Christ ....
