  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Any of you ever have bad dreams while pregnant? I had a bad dream that i miscarried last night. The bad thing is that the first time i had that dream too, and then i did. I know that i have already heard the baby's heartbeat this time, and this pregnancy is totally different than the first, but now i'm worried. Is that a common dream to have when you're pregnant?

It's not uncommon to dream about your worst fear - and in pregnancy our dreams are more vivid and realistic. I think this is a reasonably common dream to have during pregnancy because it's a fear alot of women have especially those who have already experienced a miscarriage.

Not too long ago I woke up crying because I dreamed my DH asked me to cheat on him. Now honestly it's totally and completely silly that my husband would do such a thing but it felt very real.

During my first trimester, I dreamed I miscarried several times as I miscarried my first pregnancy. It's common to have bad and odd dreams during pregnancy. Try not to worry.

I've had some bad dreams during this pregnancy. This baby is a lot less active than my daughter was so one night I dreamt that this baby had no arms and legs. It was a horrible dream and must have been related to my fears at the time especially since I haven't had any ultrasounds to confirm that the baby does actually have arms and legs. The baby's movement has picked up though so I haven't had any more dreams like that.
