My entire back has been sore the last day. Sometimes in my lower back, sometimes up higher. Anybody else have back pains? It's really irritating.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ohhhh.. I'm lucky to say I haven't had much back pain with this pregnancy but with my first it would get pretty bad.
Lots of heating pads, pillows, and remember to always check your posture. Believe it or not, that contributes to backaches in pregnancy due to the shifting of weight in your body. I think making sure to wear a good support bra will also help. And Tylenol! I know its annoying but just hang in there..

O I have had them off and on and it is no fun! I'm only4'11 so the bigger I get the more pain I'm in it seems. My doctor told me to take some regular strength tylenol when it gets to bad and then I also apply some heat which helps so much! If you have a sweet hubby as him to give you a massage, mine is great at that but his hands get tired so we got a nice hand held massage and praise the Lord for that lol!
