Spiritually we are in the millenial if we are in Christ rather than just Christ in us but physically we have not yet seen it, if we are there then when did the judgement seat of Christ take place? Sorry but scripture does not back up a physical mnanifestation of the millenial.

The millennial reign is in Rev 5:6-10:
6 And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.
7 And He came and took the book out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.
8 When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
9 And they *sang a new song, saying,
“Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
10 “You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.”

This happened when Christ ascended to the Father. That is the manifestation. If you notice Christ is in heaven and the believers are on earth. When the last believer is saved and Christ will put all things under His feet, He delivers the Kingdom to God and eternity begins.

I've showed you Christ is reigning now. The 1000 years is figurative of Christ reign with believers on earth. I'll make the correlations:

Matthew 28:18-20:
18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

That correlates to Rev 5:9, 10

Do you notice that Jesus has "purchased with His blood"? That is what gave Jesus "all authority in heaven and on earth".

1 Corinthians 15:20-28
20 But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep.
21 For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead.
22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
23 But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, after that those who are Christ’s at His coming,
24 then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power.
25 For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet.
26 The last enemy that will be abolished is death.
27 For He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, “All things are put in subjection,” it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him.
28 When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all.

That correlates to Rev 11:15-19 because this is Christ delivering the Kingdom to God:

15 Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.”
16 And the twenty-four elders, who sit on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,
17 saying,
“We give You thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, who are and who were, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.
18 And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to reward Your bond-servants the prophets and the saints and those who fear Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”
19 And the temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple, and there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder and an earthquake and a great hailstorm.

The focus has shifted from The Lamb, to God reigning, and judgement will come.

Christ is reigning now.

The Revelation has clearly not happened in a sense that we can see. But i believe its coming, Christ will come from the heavens to wreak his wrath upon the beast.

Jesus said this in Revelation 1:1-3:
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which must soon take place; and He sent and communicated it by His angel to His bond-servant John,
2 who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he saw.
3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and heed the things which are written in it; for the time is near.

Now, you want to tell me Jesus was telling His "bond servants" of the 1st century, "soon take place" and "the time is near"...meant the 21st century???
