  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

i love the name Caleb, Hunter is also very handsome for a boy.

I may have to cave and go with Hunter. It's kinda growing on me. DH thinks that I named our other boys because I thought of the name. He likes them though - weird male logic. He actuall prefers Wyatt, but our last name starts with "wor" so the two names together sound awkward to me.

we're having a girl in december named sofia renee. we actually thought we were pregnant last year and i picked the name out from a book i was reading. then we weren't pregnant, and when we found out we were for sure this time, i *knew* i was having a girl, and didn't have to decide on a name. :)

I've got 3 girls.. and their names are:
Kyla Shea
Ashleigh Nicole
Brenna Mackenzie

When I was pregnant with my 3rd, I was flipping through one of my baby name books, and I found a name that I absolutely loved, and it was Brielle.. But I was the only one that fell in love with it, so I had to choose another one, and we decided on Brenna Mackenzie.. Brenna for the irish side of my husbands family and Mackenzie for the scottish in my family

Lets see.
If its a boy, We are leaning toward Elijah Azriel (or another A name)
and if it is a girl, we are leaning toward Elisa Avari (or another A name)

I am set on the first names, but hubby doesnt like Azriel that much. he kinda likes Avari for a boy OR a girl (and it is a unisex name) So I dunno. We are still thinking.

I love Brenna! It was my pick for a girl's name. DH didn't like it, but we have all boys so it didn't matter anyway.

With our last one, we knew he was going to be David, but didn't pick out Nathan for a middle name till I was in labor. We took our three top picks for middle name, and put them in a hat!

We haven't decided for sure, but this one is probably going to be Mona Grace or Peter Carroll. Mona was my dh's grandmother, and he loved her very dearly. I always wanted a girl with the middle name Grace, and we'll probably call her Gracie. DH likes that, because Gracie Allen reminds him of his grandmother. Peter Carroll is for Pete, my stepdad who died a couple years ago, and my Dad, whose middle name is Carroll, and also kind of a symbolic name. (The Catholics here will get it.)

Well, Peter Carroll is (in addition to being names from my dad and stepdad) kind of honoring Pope John Paul II. Peter, because traditionally Peter was the first pope, and Carroll (spelled for my dad) because John Paul II's name before he was pope was Karol Wojtyla.

Yeah, I agree with you about the name Grace. I've always loved it for its meaning. :)
