Awesome Advice

This is from the Bible itself but I got some awesome advice on how to grow in Christ. Take your printer and/or post-it notes and write/print off your favorite verses. Now be careful... once you start finding them, they all turn out to be good . But here's my point.... tape/staple/tac/whatever them up on your walls in your house! It kinda forces you to see the Word all day long which is an incredibly good thing. Post them on mirrors... the cieling above your bed (in large print of course.. so you can read it in the morning or while you lay down)... the back of your door... rear-view mirror of your car... the fridge... cabinet drawers in the kitchen.. any high-traffic area of your house where you know you will be. You can even kinda make the messages specific for the place or with a kind of theme like Proverbs 20:13, Prov 6:10-11 for bed you know stuff like that or the words to "This is the day... this is the day that the LORD hath made... that the LORD hath made" Something inspiring that focuses on God and who He is, and His Word. Everyone I know that does this seems to grow in Christ constantly, so I would give it as advice for anyone!! God bless you all! I do that. I put them places and meditate on them whenever I pass by them. I have had a lot of good meditations by doing this! Scripture I didn't understand came to life this way, too.

I do that at work. I have a desk calender, i put bible verse on. it help me to learn scriptures, still i would like to start a disciplined habit of memorising scripture verses ( i haven't done that as of yet.)

I keep post it notes on my monitor, some of which are scriptures.


Great idea, sbbqb7n16! I think I will put some notes up around the house! The bathroom mirror seems like a good place.
