When I attempt to upload this immage as an avatar

I recieve this message

"Your file of 59.8 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 100.0 KB for this filetype."

Well...if its 59 KB, I would assume that thats LESS than 100 KB

I wonder if its is something that the link to this avatar, this forum doesn't like, which is causing your problems!

The image is 128 pixels in hight, the maximum is 120
So yes it won't upload, but the reason why is bad.
