Yep, that's completely true. It's also true that Grey Delise is voicing a Fire nation character that portrays Katara in Fire Nation, propoganda-ed light.

From what I've read on tvtome, tis true...And they like to be acurate. They even have an inside source! So, I assume we can trust that info.
