I don't think anyone loves the rule of the law, especially in regards to their friends. MS 13 is friends to the democrats, ergo you support them.
Exactly. Most of immigrants deported by Obama never saw one judge, now this MS-13 gang member who I believe has seen 14 judges suddenly is the guy who is being denied due process.

By your standards Obama, who deported millions, MOST of who never say an immigration judge, failed to provide "due process" to the majority of those he deported.
The Immigration Law allows for the removal of illegal immigrants without a hearing, if they meet the criteria. Obama followed that law. Trump hasn't. Learn the law.
I am so sick of this two-tiered justice system where certainly more Democrats have violated due process than Republicans.
Just like Trump, you need to learn the law. Then you wouldn't lose so many talking points.

You know what that means? He was wrong. You know what that means about Trump? He's also wrong.

That's how a principled stance works. You hold everyone to the same standard.

This isn't about who's more of a baddie. It's about the principle. Due process is essential to a fair and justice society, and anyone who violates that should be held accountable, be it Trump or Obama or some random guy named Jake.
The principle is that Trump is defending our Constitution, the separation of powers clause, the election of a president by the people. The radical left has installed radical judges who, if Trump won, would try and destroy his administration by twisting th elaw and mocking justice. As to due process, most Democrats have no idea about past rulings of the Supreme Court stating that someone who comes here illegally gets less "due process" than an American citizen. And I would bet most are unaware of Obama doing the same thing, deporting most without judicial hearings. Not that the facts would cause them to change their mind, they don't respect the election process or the people who elected Trump.

We respect the election process, but many of us definitely find it hard to respect the people who elected Trump.
I think this is the heart of the problem. Such an attitude is preached by the hard left leaders and people need to understand that those with differing opinions are their friends and relatives and neighbors and that the law should be applied equally to everyone.

You've moved the goalposts from "defend the rights" to "prioritize the welfare."

If we refuse to defend the rights of Satanic criminals, then very soon we will be the ones having our rights violated. As Evelyn Beatrice Hall wrote, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
No. It only means you refuse to defend satanic criminals. Why should they ve regarded as equal to law abiding Americans? Why do you insist they get the full benefits of a society they actively undermine?

See the 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments.

You're moving the goalposts, again. Defending the rights of != giving "the full benefits of society."
Do you think it serves the interest of society to have MS 13 members in it? I also don't respect your constitution. Its merely a piece of paper.

It serves the interest of society to have ensure their rights to due process are defended.

Again, rights are more important than the individual.

Why do I have to keep repeating this?
El Salvador would demonstrate you wrong. When you insist on the imposition of 'rights' you allow for those who would abuse the system to prosper. How does this rights regime actually deal with groups like MS 13? That's right it invites them back into the country and protects them as political allies. As the democrats are doing right now.
That may be so, but this thread is about America.
And your Constitution is still subject to challenge, especially from a Christian perspective. Christians don't owe their allegiance to a piece of paper written by liberal revolutionaries. Especially if said paper doesn't address an issue. If you believe the Constitution protects MS 13 then its value decreases.
