This will be my second fast. My first fast was for wrestling weight loss. This fast will be for a sin I recently committed. Long story short, I will be fasting for 4 days or more.

"Sackcloth and ashes". Fasting can greatly assist with humbling ourselves, repenting, and seeking and finding forgiveness and deliverance, to The Glory of God.
