Hi -V-,
Come on now! You don't honestly believe that God wanted people in ancient Israel to bake their bread with dung coming out of man and their children to eat defiled bread, do you? What we have here are not words inspired by God but man made fantasy products from people living at that time. It is an Insult towards God to imply that He divinely inspired people to behave that way.
So far, you present nothing but an argument from incredulity (a logical fallacy).

We are not talking about a 'petty reason' when pointing to certain biblical scriptures filled with obscenities and claiming to come from God.
"Filled with obscenities"??? What are you talking about? Ezekiel 4:12 does not contain one single "obscenity". "Dung" is not an obscenity, fyi.

It's a fact not needing any belief.
The only "fact" you've presented is that you don't like that verse. But as far as "facts" that show it's not the Word of God, you've presented none.

Check out NU 31:17-18: "...all the young girls who have not known man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves." It's not not a pretty picture. How did they determine which girls were virgins
Is there something wrong with ASKING them? If they eventually married one of them, they would easily find out then if that were not true.

What did they do with them after keeping them alive for themselves? A text divinely inspired by God? Give me a break -A-!
They were taken as slaves. You're probably assuming that they were raped or taken as sex slaves. Many skeptics/atheists try to use that argument. However, the text NEVER says that.

By the way, using simple logic is not a fallacy,
Then by all means, please present some logic. You still haven't given one shred of logical reason as to why a particular verse is not the Word of God.

The word 'Dung' as such is not an obscenity, right. But demanding someone to bake their bread with dung which comes out from man is.
Why?

If I like a particular verse or not is not the issue. The issue is showing that a particular verse is a man-made creation not coming from God.
But you've yet to give any rational explanation for the verse not coming from God. There's no other apparent reason other than you don't like it.

If those girls in question were slaves or not is besides the point. The point is that here we have another story made up by man.
Why? (Other than because you say so.)

While I am at it: Chapter NU 31:31-40 talks about 32,000 virgins that were taken as booty by ancient Israelites of which sixty-four virgins were set aside as a tribute for the Lord. Heavens no, why would God want 64 young girls and for what purpose? Just another example of a story made up by man, not God.
They were to be servants. Again, why is it made up by man, other than because you say so?

Do you know the meaning of 'logic"?
Of course I do, which is why I'm still waiting for logical objections from you.

They were servants? 32,000 captured virgins served what? As prostitutes?
They served as servants. Typical slave labor. The text never says they were sex slaves or prostitutes.

There is no need for any logical objections on my behalf. Those scriptural reference I gave speak for themselves.
Sure, cuz you say so.

There is no rational explanation needed to prove that this or that verse is not a divine statement. God did not order people to bake defiled bread with dung coming from man. It's an obscene human invention and an insult towards God for believing it to be true.
Still going with the "cuz I say so" method. Ok then.

You probably are convinced that the follow scripture reference came from God too...
The entire Bible is God's Word. And you've given NOTHING to refute that. No argument you've given amounts to anything more than, "it's not God's Word because I don't like the way they sound."

It is you who who needs to prove to me that the entire Bible is God's word.
No, I don't.

The rules & Statement of Faith for this section are clear that the Bible is God's Word, not simply whatever parts you like. That is not up for debate in this area.
