I did not see any specifics on exactly what the IRS intends to do - maybe that is part of the issue and a perceived (or potentially real threat), but I don't see where they can and will clamp down on what a pastor Biblically Preaches.
My church typically provides information on all candidates around election time to present their position on different issues. This is done neutrally and does not endorse one candidate versus another. I am pretty sure that we have Democrats, Republicans, and Independents as members of our congregation, but in general, it does not present a source of conflict in our membership - nor do I typically know the political interests of other members.

This is awful! An atheist group wins in the court over what is said in a church.

Not a big shocker. Just further proof of biblical prophecy considering the coming NWO or new world order. End times a coming soon?

And if these atheists whom Satan has blinded actually knew the trouble they're in!

I think it was back in the '90's or may have been in the '80's when the Christians started voicing themselves in the political arena, that the controlling bodies of the House and Senate past a law that allowed the IRS to review the nonprofit status of churches and preachers, priests, rabbis. If they were supporting one candidate over an other, or speaking out about a bill being considered, they could lose their nonprofit status.

This bill should be brought back to the floor and be reconsidered, amended, or done away with.

For those that know how to look this up on the web I wish you would and let us know what you find.

But, that's the law, and has been since churches were first offered non-profit, tax free status. If your church has non-profit status, it cannot endorse or favor political candidates, parties or platforms. If you're not breaking the law, it won't be a problem. Are you suggesting the law shouldn't be enforced? If your church wants to endorse a candidate, that's fine. But it will lose its tax-exempt status.

The church can preach against government...it just cannot endorse a candidate 90% of the time OR give any donations to candidates.

I wouldn't trust anything that "judge napolitano" libertarian fraud says. The libertarian/truth movement itself is a fraud and unbiblical.
