No.... If I'm not aware of any evidence for God, then I lack evidence for believing in God.

If the evidence is out there, and we find it.... then we have evidence. Until then, we lack evidence.

Holy crap! I did find God on Google Earth! It's apparently in Hungary!

Well, technically it's Göd... but it's there! I don't see how that small town could have created the universe in 6 days though, they must be very hard working people!

I'm on a fjord tour vacation in Norway right now. I took a train trip through the mountains past a town called Ål, pronounced similarly to the English word "all".

So, the female voice over the loudspeaker tells us: "You are now approaching Ål."

Except to many Christians God already has proven himself. They claim to have direct experience of him.

And again, you have missed the point. One can believe in the existence of God and still choose not to follow him. The two are separate, you are insisting rather implausibly that they are the same thing.

The problem here is not there being evidence - as current Christians already consider there to be evidence to justify belief. The problem here is the evasion of Christians when confronted with the suggestion that the evidence is inadequate for justifying belief.

Nice second attempt to try and get that particular glob of mud to stick, but it's futile. That song in particular wasn't to be played at the event, nor it is especially typical to invite such inflammatory speakers.

Also, it's somewhat irrelevant to the issue of whether atheism is correct or not.
