CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Probably the worst he's seen me was last December. I had incredible stomach cramps. I came to pick him up for a birthday breakfast we were supposed to be at, and couldn't even stand at the door to wait for him to answer. He opened the door to find me huddled in a ball, propped up against a window outside. Needless to say, I spent the morning writhing in pain on his couch, and not scoffing bacon and eggs and birthday cake... But he's the best looker-after-er ever! I was in a similar state a few weeks ago one night, and while I lay there whimpering on his bed, he googled pain relief methods and did everything he could to make me feel better. What a guy....

Hee hee - my private pet-peeve would have to be brushing my teeth in front of him... arghh! But ever since he's discovered that, it's been his goal to watch every chance he gets... *shivers*
And he's seen me multiple times before or immediately after I woke up.. (we've got a LDR, so I travel up there and stay at his fam's place once in awhile and vice-versa)
He thought it was ultimately weird last time how my lower eyelids were raised.. weeeeird.

He's seen me at my worst many times. In the morning before a shower and brushed teeth and also puking my guts out for an hour straight (and he took care of me while I was doing that).
He also seen me in my pretty bad moods (a bit more then usual lately
) but we get over it fairly quickly. Man, this guy must love me or something cuz I don't know how he would put up with me otherwise.

I'm not sure if we've seen each other at their absolute worst quite yet.
I have seen him broken down emotionally or extremely worried over something...last night in fact. I've already seen him cry twice and tear up once over the course of our relationship. He has a tender heart. I've also seen him sweaty and slightly dirty after a hard day's work, but he still looked good!
He has seen me with messy hair and very little make-up. And he's seen me when I've been upset or troubled over something. He's great though- tells me I'm beautiful still, or just holds me and kisses my forehead/cheeks tenderly and listens to me if I need to talk.

Sometimes I feel like he is seeing me at my worst now because I still have a long way to go with losing weight. He's seen me without makeup on, hair thrown up, wearing sweatshirts and stuff. I've seen him with "bed head" and I actually think he looks rather adorable with his hair all messed up 
. We've also seen each other when we're sick, sweaty, etc.
Actually, it's kind of funny because he goes out of his way to make me see him in uh... less than graceful circumstances... for example, he seems to thoroughly enjoy randomly flashing his belly at me and beating on it like King Kong or something
As far as "emotionally", I don't think we've seen each other's worst yet. We've seen each other be emotional but we have not seen extreme emotions yet. I hope he never has to see me like I was when I went through a depression many years ago.

At what point in your relationship did your SO see you at your worst? Meaning, looking really nasty and in a horrible mood or whatever.
Or will you never let them see the other you? lol
Probably when I was throwing up everything I ate several times over the first time I met his family. Yeah that was great.
I seem to get sick after I fly every time...we think it's leftover adrenaline or something 
He rubbed my tummy and held my hair back, and assured me he'd still want to kiss me even after he saw me like that.

Well, if we are going to share throwing up stories....
One of my exs was so sweet once when I was sick with heat stroke (or close to it). I was vomiting heaps and he just stood there, waiting for me to fill up the bucket, then taking the bucket away to empty it and wash it with his bare hands, and then bringing it back empty for me to repeat the process.
