Have you ever gone birdwatching?

Did you ever catch fireflies as a child?

 

[Wren]

No, that seemed cruel to me and a waste. I just liked to watch them and it felt a bit magical to see them. I think some of that magic would have been lost if I had trapped them. I like to step back and just appreciate things in their natural settings without a lot of interference. I even like to see flowers outside and growing, rather then have them in a bouquet or vase.

Would you want to live to be 100?

 

[Wren]

Only if I'm reasonably healthy. I don't want to be kept alive by machines just so I can reach 100. And being 100 years old wouldn't mean a lot if I was so ill that I couldn't enjoy it.

If you had the chance to find out the time, place and manner of your death, would you want to know or leave it a mystery?

 

[Wren]

If I could change it, then yes. Otherwise, I don't think I'd want to know. It would too greatly influence how I'd be the rest of my life, in probably a negative way.

I'm not sure.

Would you prefer scuba diving or sky diving?

 

[Wren]

Sky-diving sounds fun to me. I'm not a big fan of swimming (though I do know how), so scuba diving sounds not so fun.

When did you last make a sand castle?

 

[Wren]

I don't recall ever making a sand castle. Growing up, I frequently had summers where we'd head to a lake and I suppose I could have with the sand there, but I was more interested in either swimming or exploring forested areas. And now, I usually either read or still go exploring.

Do you ever read the same book more than once?

 

[Wren]

No, there are so many books to read that it seems a waste. Plus, I don't like knowing what happens next. I'm the same way with movies.

Which do you like more: digital or film camera?

 

[Wren]

Digital. I can see the pics right away and not have to pay for a roll to be developed. Plus, I can delete bad pics right away and know that I need to redo the shot.

[Wren]

Oh yeah. I don't understand wanting to be surprised. I want to know now!
