CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Oh yeah I can't stand the water that tastes like chlorine either. I avoid drinking it if posible because it makes me feel like I'm even more thirsty after drinking it. Unfortunately my highschools water was like that and so after PE I woudln't drink any water unless I brought it with because I knew if I drank out of the drinking fountain it would make it worse. My churches water is like that now too.. it didn't used to be... and I tried making hot chocolate with it once... and it was nasty because the chocolate didn't disguize the chlorine in the water.
Fortunately the water at my home isn't like that.

Probably the mountains, even though I had a near death experience up there. . The Cohutta wilderness area is amazing ! It has the best scenery in the state by far. I want to go up there pretty soon and watch one of the meteor showers coming up. It would be amazing !

There is a meteor shower going on now and it will go on through the first week or so of November I believe. You might not see a ton, but you should see a handful every hour. Just find you a good, dark, place and gaze away.
