CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i love to hike and camp...all the outdoorsy stuff
i love cooking for people and helping out around my friends homes when they need it
i just recently started line dancing a few months ago and thats probably my favorite thing to do right now. i also have been swing dancing for 6-7 months as well. thats also really fun.
...so yah i have a lot of hobbies

I know there is still a great deal of persecution for Christians in other countries and I dont have to worry about that here. I mean I still face persecution here but its not life threatening. So that is the best thing about living in America.
Sunday!! because its the one day of the week that is completely committed to spending it worshipping and praising our Lord and the one day of the week when my spiritual family and I can get together in fellowship in His name.
That would definitly be find closure from a situation thats been hurting me for a couple of years. I know with God its possible but lately I am not sure how to allow myself to let go and let God work, especially when I thought I did that before and it came back and hurt my heart as if it all happened yesterday.

i dont really have one place. it depends where i am when i feel like i need that alone time. sometimes, ill just sit on a friends couch, sometimes its in my bed, sometimes ill drive out to the beach and just sit there for a while. but a lot of the time, im with people when i need to talk to God, so i just pray when im with people. usually so no one can hear but its still a connection between me and Jesus
oh man! thats tough. there are sooo many! i love the whole Bible but one book i have been really interested in is 1 John. there is sooo much in that book that i dont think a lot of ppl realize. well i hope they realize it. there are so many promises in that book and ways in which the Lord has granted those promises to us. its a very encouraging book.
Jesus and my brothers and sisters in the Lord. Jesus, first, because He is the perfect example of how we should live. i know i will never be able to live like Him because He is perfect and i am far from that but He gives that example i need in order to try my hardest. and then He has blessed me with my brothers and sisters in Christ that are able to physically set an example for me. i love them soooo much because of the love the Lord has given me to give them. and they are all completely surrendered to the Lord and learning and growing just as i am. but they each have their own strengths that i look up to very much.

I have one passion in my life right now and its been consuming me for over a year now (and i plan it to consume me for the rest of my life) and thats learning/understanding/growing in/living out Gods Word. My desire to have that sacred Romance with Christ is the only driving factor in my life. I honestly mean it when I say without God, I am nothing. I would be sooo empty without my Savior and I wouldnt even know what to do with myself. He is my passion. My true love and I want to know what He wants me to do in this world with the time He has given me. I want to see those I love come into Christ and learn how to love those I dont know with the love Christ has given me. I want to be the light in a dark world and bring Gods children back to Him. I want to be His vessel and be a beacon for Him.
So to sum it all up, Jesus is my passion.
