It's been there since I joined. I was not able to have a custom avatar and of the ones I could choose, I liked the cow best. Also, I'm from Iceland and it looks like a typical Icelandic cow.

I think the thing that has helped me most has been a willingness to listen to people outside my own group or denomination. No group or denomination has a monopoly on the truth and nobody has a monopoly on error either. Keep your mind open to new ideas wherever they come from. Check out what the Bible says about those ideas and accept or reject them accordingly.
I Thes. 5:21 says it pretty well.
Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.

If I have to pick a book to read, it would probably be The Lord of the Ring trilogy (I think you can get that in one book somewhere). I've never read it (shame on me), I like the movies and it's based on the Bible.

Summer is my favorite season. I enjoy having 24 hours of light (it doesn't get completely dark from about the middle of may to the end of july) and no snow.
