How many miles can you jog nonstop? How many miles do you jog when you exercise? hmmm maybe 2, i'm trying to work my way up though. I do the cardio program on the treadmill and i don't look at the miles, b/c i don't want to become obessed with it.

Hrm, what weigh exercises do you do? I am about to go work out myself... I do bicep curls and tricep curls and shoulder lifts and this exercise to tone my upper back.

Why did you stop ballet? I became a christian when i was 14 and i was mixed up with the wrong people in ballet and i also had a knee injury.

Have you ever considered writing a novel? Have you written any shorter works? I would love to write a novel. I don't think i'm cut out for it though. I have written short stories.

Favorite scene from The Sound of Music?lol that's such a fun movie. I once went and saw it in Atlanta in an old movie house. People sung along; it was great!
I like the scene when the Von Trapp family singers are hiding from the Nazis and the nuns tear up the Nazi's cars. OOO i also like the ediweiss scene and the puppet scene and "these are a few of my favorite things" and when the family doesn't show at the end of the competition (the Von Trapp Family singers.... the Von Trapp family singers.... They've gone!), and "sixteen going on seventeen" . Rolwf was a jerk though- stupid Nazi!
