You're either baiting me, or you've perfected the art of extraordinarily polite flaming. I disagree with you on something that I think is tertiary to the thread, so I'm going to stop discussing it.

There you go again. This time we have a bifurcation fallacy that's implicitly maligning my character. Yeah, maybe I'm baiting you or maybe I'm adept at extraordinarily polite flaming—or maybe, just maybe, I am being candid, sincere, and genuine with you. In all seriousness, redwards, why isn't that a consideration? I sure wish I knew what I've done to deserve this treatment from you. I am tempted to think this is stemming from experiences you've had elsewhere because, quite honestly, I can't see anything disingenuous or malicious in my responses to you.

Nope, you're ok.

It goes both ways you know: You might be outnumbered, but atheists often don't have the best impressions of believers either. A lot of times, they don't seem to think we have brains. That's not true of course: I know many Christ-followers who are MENSA-qualified, even if (like me) totally not interested.

I'm certain that any given belief system features a wide range of adherents. And, of course, they all look down on each other. Which is a good argument for getting to know everyone better.
