Suspect facing 4 felony charges after incident at UT Dallas

An Asian male who goes by the name “Alyssa” is facing multiple felony charges following a violent altercation involving members of a Turning Point USA chapter at the University of Texas at Dallas.

The suspect, identified as Liam Thanh Tam Nguyen, allegedly used a bike lock to assault students, resulting in four felony charges and three misdemeanors.

Video shared by Charlie Kirk, founder of the prominent conservative organization with chapters at college campuses across the U.S., showed the incident unfolded outside the UTD student union, where the TPUSA chapter was setting up a tent and table to engage with students and distribute materials.

I see the Christian Post continues to misgender people, as usual they are without basic decency. It's obvious that Nguyen presents as female and is trans. At least they mentioned that Charlie Kirk is listed as leading an anti-LGBT hate group by the Anti-Defamation League.

It's difficult to imagine that Turning Point wasn't acting in a provocative manner. In fact that's what it looks like in the video. The student is being harassed with a cellphone camera, and they decide to take a swipe at the camera. I don't know about the rest of the charges, but it looks like Nguyen was being bullied.

Fire, men are men, women are women. Christians believe that men and women can't just identify as whomever they wish.

Could be nonbinary genderfluid bigender omnigender gendervoid or several other gender identities or any combination thereof.

Nguyen hit someone in the back of the head with a bike lock and your concern is that Nguyen was misgendered?
I don’t see any evidence on the video that this person was being bullied

I know how Charlie Kirk and Turning Points operates. They are provocateurs that intentionally try to offend or menace people, to 'own' their victims.

There's an old legal term called 'fighting words' that comes to mind.

Since Kirk has never been charged with using fighting words, he's probably not guilty of that offence. The only weapon I've seen him wield is logic and commonsense.
