Ashes?

Hi, I have a question. It may be silly, but I want to know the answer.

I have not received all of my sacraments.

Can I still recieve ashes on Ash Wednesday? Thanks

As far as I know, YES. I think as long as you are baptized (somebody will correct me if I'm wrong)

The blessed ashes are a sacramental, like holy water, so anyone may receive them. You don't have to be Catholic or even baptised.

Non-Catholics still, however, cannot receive Communion, but they can go up for the ashes.

Memento, homo, quia pulvis es, et in pulverem reverteris.
