Dear all, I have just found this line, and I am amazed to find others, like myself, who ache with their Love for Jesus, to be able to express it on a public Forum, there are no words to express how I feel, I have been like all of you looking wondering if I was

I am so glad that you found this thread and a place where you can express what you are feeling. I have had many people give me the same response when I have shared my experiences with Yeshua..
I feel it's private between myself and Yeshua and it's a personal drawing and intimate touch that Yeshua decides to have with an individual that may only be understood between YOU AND THE LORD.

Just like any relationship, there's aspects of it that are only understood between the two people that are in that relationship, so it is with Yeshua and us as individuals.

Shulamite, what do you mean when you say you live face to face with Jesus? You certainly share a deep and wonderful love with Him.

personally jonathan I see Jesus with the eyes of my heart or soul. I wish I could see him with my physical eyes. mostly this is how I have a face to face relationship with him, by beholding him in my mind or heart.

Thanks for your statements and your question.
When I say that I live with Him face to face, I mean to say that Yeshua and live so close to one another in Spirit and in heart and soul, that it's just as real and tangible as a physical face to face. My spirit and His Spirit are so "one" that it is no different than having a visible relationship with someone!
Does that help?

Also, you can be in an earthly marriage situation and be madly and deeply in love with Yeshua. I simply do not put my earthly marriage first. I remain in my earthly marriage, but it's not what I am called to FIRST. Yeshua is my Husband and my One and Only. It should be that way for ALL who are married or single... No earthly relationship can come first.
Yeshua said that children were not to come first, friends, money or marriage. He is your Love.
I feel it takes the Holy Spirit to make that happen in a person's heart. Too many times a married person let's that earthly marriage take first place. Paul knew this and that's why he told people in the scriptures that he wanted people live in "undivided devotion" to the Lord. He knew that some people who marry will put more affection, time and love into that human marriage than their REAL and eternal marriage to Yeshua. Not all do this, but some do. I feel that only Yeshua can draw a person so strongly and so intimately that this does not happen.

Personally, I fell in love with Him, He romanced me to Himself and revealed to me that earthly marriage is not permenant, it's not my Life nor is it my focus. He is!
Too many people have it backwards and say that human marriage is the real thing and that our marriage to Yeshua is the "allegory" or "metaphor" when in actuality, it's the opposite! God gave earthly marriage as the "parable" to help us see the eternal reality WITH HIM forever.

Yeshua's Spirit has caused such a deep yearning cry in my heart for Him that it cannot be expressed. It's a longing melancholy that is painful. Groanings that have no human language.

I yearn for Him so INTENSELY that nothing consoles me except Him.
Down below is a devotional I found online recently. I pray it blesses those who have not yet felt this yearning.
Prophets fained with longing for the Lord. David penned that he panted for the living God! Have YOU felt this with the Lord? I'm not asking if you've read about or even listened to others share about it. Have YOU tasted this with the Lord?

The psalmist can hardly contain himself. He is trying to describe something he sees in his mind's eye - an incredible ceremony, with a grand and glorious Bridegroom and a beautiful bride dressed in gold!

Yes, I have this from Dave Wilkeson.
I have the original devotional mailing when it came to me years ago. I also have the one that's titled, "The Passionate Bride"
Yeshua perfectly timed it for me in the mail when He began drawing me years ago as His Lover. I didn't see it happening to anyone else around me and I questioned whether what I was feeling was real or not and then Dave Wilkerson's devotional came in the mail called,"The passionate bride" and as I read through it, it ALL SPOKE TO ME and I kept smiling (with a blush!) and saying, "Yes, that's ME!!!"

I think I have experienced this...but why does it bring pain???????

Jesus himself suffered so much pain, emotional and physical.

Maybe we are meant to suffer emotional pain too....that is what I think. maybe I am wrong but that is what my experience says. It is the fellowship of sharing in His Sufferings.
