God already created billions of angels apart from evolution.

No, since the time of the Macabees occurred in the 400-year period between the Old and New Testaments.

Matthew 23:24
Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

Straining at a gnat is not the same as choking on it. Is it?
