I was just reading Answers in Genesis as I often do on raining evenings, and I found they have a list of arguments which they say creationists shouldn't use. In particular the thickness of moon dust and missing solar neutrinos are so obviously wrong that even AiG is distancing themselves from them. You know you're in trouble when AiG won't support your anti-evolutionary rant.

Of the five Galilean moons, Ganymede and Callisto have no volcanoes and a high density of impact craters, Io has volcanoes and no impact craters, and Europa has no volcanoes and no impact craters. Io has the most marks, pits, and brightly colored areas of any of the four, but no impact craters.

More recent data now indicate that Jupiter's moon, Titan, may also have volcanoes.

Too bad the word processor of whoever wrote this didn't have a fact checker.

29 - METEOR CRATERS—Meteor craters are fairly easy to locate, especially since we now have such excellent aerial and satellite mapping systems. For example, the meteor crater near Winslow, Arizona, is 3/4 mile [1.2 km] in diameter and 600 feet [1,829 dm] deep. Efforts have been made to locate meteor craters in the rock strata, but without success. They always lie close to or on the surface. This and erosional evidence indicate that all the meteor craters which have struck the earth are all only a few thousand years old. No larger meteors struck the earth prior to that time, for no meteor craters are found anywhere in the lower rocks.

Now this one's just sad.

First off Meteor Crater is 50,000 years old, not a few thousand, so their only named example refutes their own assertion.

Second, a brief Google found this meteor crator in Cretaceous deposits.

And finally, the big one the Chicxulub Crator is 65 million years old and burried beneath 1000 to 3000 feet of Tertiary Limestone deposits.

Maybe if the author had dug around for more information he'd have gotten it correct.

its a load of jobies....... or not much to think of it at all...it has no theory just different dates thrown of the top of someones head.

do u know what the one thing wrong with evolution...it makes up its own rules.... it doesn't use an equasion like science is made to.... it makes its own rules...

Rather like your spelling and punctuation, then?

Does all science use equations? What equation governs the differentiation of cells in the human embryo?

What rules does evolution make up?

Methinks you need to actually do some thinking and real reading about this, instead of spouting some garbage you've picked up of some cretin on the internet.
