Armor Prayer

After receive several requests for warrior kind of prayers I decided to write this sample prayer and wish you will print it out and pray it daily.

HEAVENLY FATHER, TODAY I HAVE DECIDED TO OBEY YOUR WORD BY PREPARING FOR BATTLE. FROM TODAY ON, I WILL BE VICTORIOUS OVER SATAN BY PUTTING ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD.

WITH YOUR HELP, LORD, I GIRT ON THE GIRDLE OF TRUTH TO BE ABLE TO STAND FIRM IN THE TRUTH OF YOUR WORD SO THAT I WILL NOT BE A VICTIM OF SATAN'S LIES ANYMORE. LORD, PLEASE ANOINT MY LIPS WITH YOUR TRUTH AND HELP ME TO KEEP MY TONGUE IN PLACE.

SHOW ME HOW TO PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS,
TO ENABLE IT TO GUARD MY HEART FROM ALL EVIL, AND THAT I MAY BE PROTECTED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. FATHER, PLEASE CREATE IN ME A DESIRE TO FOLLOW JESUS IN ALL RIGHEEOUSNESS AND HOLYNESS.

TEACH ME TO PUT ON THE SHOES OF PEACE TO HELP ME TO STAND FIRM IN THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL, TO LET YOUR PEACE SHINE THROUGH ME AND BE A LIGHT TO ALL I ENCOUNTER. PLEASE GOD, ANOINT MY FEET TO WALK IN LOVE AND FORGIVENESS TOWARDS ALL MY BROTHERS, SISTERS AND NEIGHBORS.

PLEASE MAKE MY ARM STRONG TO TAKE UP THE SHIELD OF FAITH TO HELP ME TO BE READY FOR SATAN'S FIERY DARTS OF DOUBT, DENIAL AND DECEIT. THIS WILL CAUSE ME NOT TO BE SO VULNERABLE TO SPIRITUAL DEFEAT.

FATHER HELP ME TO PUT ON THE HELMET OF SALVATION TO
KEEP MY MIND FOCUSED ON YOU. I KNOW THAT THE MIND IS THE BATTLEFIELD OF ALL TEMPTATIONS AND I URGENTLY NEED THE PROTECTION THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED.

FATHER, LET YOUR HOLY SPIRIT GUIDE AND TEATCH ME THE TWO-EDGED SWORD OF YOUR WORD, HOW TO USE IT EFECTIVLY. I NEED TO BE READY AND TRAINED TO USE YOUR WORD WITH BOLDNESS TO EXPOSE THE TEMPTING WORDS OF SATAN


BY FAITH IN YOU, I AM YOUR WARRIOR NOW AND PUT ON
THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD! FATHER TEACHE ME HOW TO STAND IN THE EVIL DAYS.

I AM PREPARED TO LIVE ALWAYS IN SPIRITUAL VICTORY. IN JESUS NAME - AMEN

Ironicly (well not ironicly, The LORD has a purpose for everything) this is a passage am studying today, in my daily bible reading. I sent your prayer to a freind of mine who is having some strugles with spiritual warfare, I hope you don't mind

Its strange how God works sometimes. I dont mind at all -I feel in my spirit its now the time that the Body of Christ have to get dressed . Many are already but there is still a large group of Christians who are not always dressed .
