Just wondering if I can get some demographic data here between Christians, Atheists, and Agnostics.

The question is if you think you are inherently biased or if you inherently use reason.

There is no such thing as someone who is not biased. There are certainly steps that we can take to reduce the influence of our bias, but we can't eliminate it

i like to be open to everyone's point of view or position, and will accept that such is true for them, but this does not mean that i see necessarily a need to change my own perspective, but i might if my own understanding of truth is challenged by theirs.

If i turn out to be being bias so be it.

We are very biased. The important thing is that we allow God's Word to inform our bias. Ironically, the most important way to arrive at a more Biblical bias is to abandon preconceived notions whenever studying a particular issue from the Bible. The reason for this is that our bias will interfere with our interpretation of what the Bible says. Instead, we need to allow Scripture to interpret Scripture for us.

I use reason as much as I can. I am also aware that I have biases lurking in unexpected corners of my mind. I chose "other".

Note that "I have biases" and "I perceive all of my biases" are two different statements.

Respectfully, there is no such thing as "True for you but not for me". See this video for details.

nonsense brother of course someone's truth can be different then mine. i can be depressed because of an illness, and think from out of that truth, and someone else might be depressed because of the wrong choices they made and operates out of that truth. Two entirely different truths that still arrive at the same conclusion - in this case depression.

The truth has room for everyone to have truthful existence, all different truths in the on Truth of them all. That is what i call our Heavenly Father being all in all.

John 14:1-3 "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am."

I believe everyone is biased. Everyone looks at things and tries to fit them into their worldview.
I'd agree. We all try to be rational, but it's difficult, or perhaps impossible to eliminate our biases. We can, however, try to be aware of them.

Definitely both. All have biases always, but we can use reason anyway. If one is...aware of one's natural inevitable bias of preferring where one is at, then it's easier to walk forward.

One might as well ask if people think that they, themselves, are hypocrites.

I generally think that we are all hypocritical to some degree, given that the hypocritical person almost never sees their own hypocrisy, (it must be pointed out to them by an outside source...because that’s what hypocrisy is...our own inability to see the flaws in our own thinking/reasoning).
