So, are you really happy in life? If not, what are some things you'd like to see improved?

Yes life is great. Even with trails and things. God gave us trails so that we learn to trust him. Even if things were bad it's great knowing that my hevanly father is always around. He is there for good and bad. God is so great!!!!!

I'm generally happy, but some things could be better. I think the way I feel is mostly due to the fact that I'm going to graduate and go through a lot of changes soon. There are things I'm going to need in the near future like a steady job, a place to live, etc.

Happiness and Happening are both derived from the same root word, and really, happiness is just a reaction to what happens to you, while joy is a state of being that overshadows any temprary feelings. You can be unhappy and still have a joyous outlook/life/etc.

I'm joyous lately, but last week I was in a pretty crummy mood.

I must say that I am content in some ways, but not in others. Circumstances tend to make things rather rough here and there, and I constantly joke about how I am like the antithesis to the whole prosperity gospel thing... as in, by looking at my life, if you do not see the hidden grace and blessing throughout, but still believe that God is in charge, then you would think that I am either condemned or one of God's whipping boys.

Yet, despite the struggles and tribulations, I can still say Blessed be the name of the Lord, who stands beside me when I go through them, and who knows even greater suffering than what I know. And you know? Anything that I will face in the future, I can shrug off and say that I have been through worse storms before. So yeah. Blessed be the name of the Lord!

I'm certainly thankful, and somewhat joyful, but not particularly content or happy. At this phase in my life, it could be said that I'm not in a position to use most of the gifts God has blessed me with, and some things are going wrong. However, I'm hopeful that happiness will be right around the corner. Not many improvements would be needed for this to happen. I'm not sure where my morale would fit on the poll. My vote would probably be cast the middle somewhere... but I certainly feel strongly about things, and I do care!
