I've decided to post a little thing about gaming. No doubt, i'm a gamer myself and i think it's safe to say i've been addicted in the past which is, usually not a good thing.
But here's my question to you which you should ask yourself. Are you addicted?
Games, like drugs can have a good hold on you. First, after a while of not playing, you can get a little restless inside. It's a small urge that will get you wanting to play something.
After a long time however that restlessness turns serious. Sweating palms, walking around the house idly (which can be funny to watch), even doing stuff thats completely unproductive. You'll feel horrible inside and very bored.
Are you game addicted? Is games taking up more of your time with your family and things that must be done?
Let's see how you do? Try the 30 day challenge. Go without games for 30 days. Can you do it?
