I got my first tattoo in 2009 - back when it as cool to only have one, and I was adamant that I wouldn't get another. And I sustained that for years until I woke up one day and wanted to feel the buzz of the needle again.

I don't care what anyone says about tattoos, meeting my tattoo artist ultimately made me a better person. He inspired all of the art I do today.

Agree. I was shy and awkward as a kid, finding love for ink helped me express myself in a way I never knew. Which led to many opportunities that shaped my life I may have missed if I stayed in a shell.

Not really, I think it's a way for you to externalise what's inside of you. The more 'real you' that shows, the easier it is to feel at peace.

Case in point, I HATE wearing suits. The only time I actually feel insecure is when I'm having to dress up as something I'm not.

That is a shame. Maybe it's just because you haven't found the right suit, it can be quite a process to have it fit perfectly and match what you're looking for.

I agree. Tailored clothing adds something to a gentleman’s presence. When my friend donned a suit and cufflinks I did a double take.

But I still remember how intimidating this thread was. Now looking back it's little funny to me.

So the answer is yes, I am brave enough.

I'm a very lazy dresser - always have been. I like my burnt umber, khaki, and ash coloured T-shirts, I like my Rasta beanie, and I actually WANT my jeans to have paint all over them, and if I ever get married, I'll be 100% out of the suit before the breakfast.

It's probably a subconscious desire to go unnoticed. I'm not shy or in any way socially anxious, I just don't want the attention. Unless the attention is from my woman of course.

Also, you look like the sort of person who would give me their last Rolo.

I think I understand what you mean. No matter how well fitted, a suit can't really compare to a well worn t-shirt and loose fitting jeans. This is true. It's a thicker, stiffer material and you'll need a few layers as well.
BUT it's a good look for most men when it fits correctly. So when that time comes... don't resist too strongly. Just go to the tailor so it's as comfortable as possible.

Never rule it out. I mean, I've already surprised myself by becoming a Boris backer, after YEARS of hating on the man, so you never know. Like literally, you NEVER know - I often surprise myself, even.

Fitting and choice of material is key though, and I'll wear a hotdog costume to a wedding before I wear a polyester suit again.
