CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's been okay for 3weeks post op. I had a job getting it done as my consultant just wanted to give me painkillers despite the best shoulder surgeon in South Wales saying I needed it done.
Not as bad as my knee op last year. That was brutal (snapped my acl)...So much for keeping fit being good for you! lol Either that or I'm getting too old!

Yikes. I have seen the impact of an ACL tear and it looked extremely painful. I've been rather fortunate not to significantly injure myself.

Ugh I know. I did it in my 2nd game back after my mates kept on at me to play again. Felt like I'd been shot lol Stupidly, as I didn't know what I'd done I tried playing on for 10mins, then went paint-balling 3 days later. After that I went for an MRI and found out I'd done it.
