i 've heard many people saying there are ghosts and they have seen them!.....are they visible??!
what do they do?...where do they live?

Yes, there are ghosts. The spiritual realm offers quite a variety of spirits. But it is not to be toyed with or explored. We're humans, and easily influenced. We were not made to have contact with this realm unless God gives us part of it.
I do not think all of these are demons. And i do not think there are only two kinds of spirits; demonic and etheral. But I do think that dabbling in this is a very big no-no. In fact, it's huge.

The fact that we have no scientific proof of any kind of "ghosts" or evil spirits--despite hundreds of years of trying--should tell you something. Along with the fact that no one in a "haunted" house has gotten one million dollars from The James Randi Challenge. If ghosts are real, why can't anyone show that they are?

Sure. If it can help others avoid the mistake of seeking it...

My testimony is large, and I'll cut out most... But, at one point in time back when I was depressed, I doubted God and wanted to walk my own path in order to get personal gain. At this time I had already encountered one demon at age 13. Or was it 14? Can't recall. I knew they were real, so satanism and witchcraft were both paths I wondered about taking. I never did, but I sought a bit of knowledge about demons and such

Harmless, right? I never cast a spell, never invoked any spirits, nothing. I never actually worshipped anyone but God, never turned completely away. Maybe...

Wrong! It turns out that the knowledge I sought about demonic forces came from somewhere. As knowledge about divine things - heaven and angels, yes - good things that are of God comes from God. As divine knowledge comes from God, demonic comes from.... Why do I say this? And can I back it up? I feel that I can. The resulting fear and distance I felt from God were reasons enough. After this period I had a long time when I was not able to pray as well as I used to. My concentration slipped. But only during prayer and worship. Furthermore, when I had felt God speaking to me easily earlier, this became more diffuse and hard to discern after this. Until I broke free from it. Which was a battle. I had sought out the enemy, and gained knowledge not acquired by 'mundane' means.I could go in depth, but choose not to. Suffice to say what i have, and that if the bible sais:
Seek first the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you besides.

What happens if you seek the kingdom of the devil?

Prove the existence of Dark Matter, or even black holes. Prove string theory, or explain gravity.

yes there are witches on earth, many infact...I'm one
yes I believe there are spirits and ghosts.....there is evil in the world but its the evil we do ourselves by the negative intentions we send out....

Everything you ever heard of, dreamt of, imagined or halucinated is real. All of it. It's amazing any of us can get around without smashing into all the real things that crowd around us. Now, if you will excuse me I have to wade through the gnomes and pixies to get to the bathroom (aka haunted smell chamber) so I can brush my teath. Just because people can't prove that there are ghosts or demons or and evil presence or whatever doesn't mean it doesn't exist does it. I personally believe that there is something out there, whether you want to call it ghosts, or demons, works of the devil, or just evil. At one point I was pretty caught up in that stuff and nearly didn't live through it, but thats another deal. Just don't mess with the stuff..trying to proove that that stuff is real can get the best of you and lead you away from God, so I think it should just be left alone.

Are there Ghosts???!?????

Personal experience suggests that there are. For all I know, I could just be hallucinating, but from what I hear, hallucinations are not supposed to be "interactive," and they generally only affect one sense at a time (usually either vision or hearing).

By the way, none of the things I have seen/heard/felt have served to prove or disprove the existence of God, Satan, heaven or hell.

For those whose experiences suggest that these things exist, several conclusions can be made: 1) I'm crazy and you're right, 2) You're crazy and I'm right, 3) We're all crazy and in need of a long stay with Nurse Ratched, 4) God and Satan do exist, but are trying really hard to hide themselves from me, or 5) Religious pluralism is true, and our experiences change depending on which God/s we worship.

I'm leaning toward 3, personally.
