  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have looked through the musician topics...and I am a musician. But, I never seen any sound board threads...! Why is that? I mean, they deal with music too.. If it wasn't for them, there would not be much balance in the music. I am a sound board person...is there any other people that deal with sound board? I was wondering... If so, we need our own thread, huh?

It is kind of hard, but it is enjoyable. I do it at Church [it was REALLY fun the first time I did it! It was on easter Sunday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a lot of people there, one person was singing a song, and there was an alter call! I did it for 2 services...I had just learned the day before! It was like a 20 minute learning at the most! You talk about weird and having to adjust! I messed up a little...but for the most part it was ok! ]
