Are RPG games a sin?

When you are born again, the enemy tries to get you to "clean" your entire life at once - and, en mass. That way, when you sin, you will hate yourself and continue to backslide, as the spirit in you wants to be perfect. Talk to your Father in the same way you are talking to us.

Yes. We are your brothers and sisters, but our best advice will not compare to the Source.

You should ask your Father all things before you ask us - even things as seemingly trivial as gaming. He may take what you call "time," but He hears you if you are His. And, He give you company to support you until you get the answer from Him.

Acknowledge who He is: "Our Father, who is in Heaven. HOLY is His name.

Acknowledge what He does for the entire Creation: Your kingdom come; your will be DONE on earth as it is in Heaven.

Generalize that you understand your faults, and need His Him: Give me, this day, my daily sustainance and FORGIVE me for my transgressions - as I forgive those who transgress against me.

Tell Him you understand the fight: Don't lead me into temptation, but deliver me from all evil.

Remind yourself who He is again: Your's is the KINGDOM, POWER AND GLORY - Forever."


And, really mean it. Then ask Him about your conviction. Wait for the answer, and be open to it in other forms than auditory.

So as long as i don't overuse my time / let it take over my life i should be fine to play? and it shouldn't be a sin to play i love this RPG and this is why i wana know a Simple yes or no.

I'm still looking for answer if i should play this game or no.

The only one who can answer that question for you is you. Only you know your own conscience on the matter.

My personal opinion: It's a silly little game, there is literally nothing conceivable that I can think of that would be a problem--so of course you can play it. And I think it would be silly for someone to tell you otherwise. But, as I said already, it's your conscience, and so you have to make that determination yourself based on your conscience. You don't need my or someone else's permission.*

*If you are under age and still living with your parents, obviously you still need the permission of your parents to do something. But if you are an adult, then that point stands.
