1 Corinthians 12:

31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.
What are these gifts?

Paul continues in 1 Corinthians 13:

1 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love [G26], I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith [G4102], so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
God is loving and faithful. Paul speaks about love and faith as inner states of being. They are spiritual gifts.

On the other hand, the same Paul in Gal 5:

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love [G26], joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith [G4102]. 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Now, he speaks on the collective fruit of the Spirit, stressing the outward productions/demonstrations.

Are love and faith spiritual gifts or a spiritual fruit?

Both as inner states of being and outward demonstrations.
