God is the ultimate intelligence, he has all the knowledge and wisdom.
The Angel's are lower, same with Humans, the fallen Angel's, and his creation.
I think the hierarchy looks like this when it comes to intelligence.
1. God, which is Father, Son, Holy Spirit. 3 in 1, all fully equal but distinct. Triune.
2. Arch Angel's
3. Angel's
4. 12 Apostles
5. Mankind
6. Fallen Angel's (Worst things that thrive the Earth).
7. Athiests, and Secularists (Worst product out of mankind, these people ruin civilizations).
Did God create the fallen Angel's to be more smarter than Humans? I hope not.
Psa_8:5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
Heb_2:7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:
Heb_2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
Neither hierarchy nor the state of the heart dictates intelligence. Lucifer was apparently the highest in status of the angels--and may have been the most intelligent. He was beautiful and talented--however, intelligence is also not a measure of wisdom. Intelligent people can make some of the dumbest decisions--just look at Adam and Eve!
I have never read anything about Christians judging demons. They are already judged and God is their judge not us.
1Co_6:3
Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
2Pe_2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
Jud_1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
There is no need to judge the Holy Angels that have never fallen. This obviously refers to the fallen ones. I don't believe that we will decide the judgement, God does that, but we will see what they have done--and agree with God that what He does to them is just.
