Why does God allow, or why did he decide that every person born should have original sin?! That is like he is just expecting us to fail, and taking away any choice we might have - because he created us with sin.
God didn't create us with original sin. Adam and Eve caused that.

Why would God allow everyone else to be affected by Original sin, and hold us accountable for something we can do nothing about? And, why would God say that a baby who has done nothing but breath and cry be full of sin?
You seem to think that Original Sin means that a baby is held culpable by Adam's action. That's not what it means.

By yielding to the tempter, Adam and Eve committed a personal sin, but this sin affected the human nature that they would then transmit in a fallen state. It is a sin which will be transmitted by propagation to all mankind, that is, by the transmission of a human nature deprived of original holiness and justice. And that is why original sin is called "sin" only in an analogical sense: it is a sin "contracted" and not "committed"—a state and not an act.

Why did God create people to be full of sin?
He didn't, he created us to be in perfect union with him.
