Appreciating Where We Live

Whether you've moved recently or you've been in the same place for decades, whether you're homesick or you're in the "honeymoon stage" about your locale -- we can all find positive things to say about where we live. Some of these good points are unique. Some are pretty common.

There are "PC rooms" in my neighborhood that are open 24 hours. This one is big, with a non-smoking room.

There's a mini police station (not a full-fledged one) right across the street from this PC room. (So I feel safe.)

My neighborhood's got a Dunkin Donuts and several nice little $3-a-meal Korean restaurants. Rice dishes and stuff.
I'm hungry. Gonna go grab some vegetable fried rice and a hot choco down the street and be right back!
