Thankyou so much.

I must keep giving it over to Jesus. I know, " this too will pass".

He has my pain and I'm trusting Him regardless of how I feel.

Just doesn't make sense to my natural mind, could so easily get negative again but that makes it harder.
And kept me trapped in depressive feelings.

I've been questionning and crying for most of last 24-48 hours, now I need to let myself rest in Jesus.

Aww your prayers are so appreciated. The turmoil has been like a rocking ship until I asked for prayer.And how quickly Jesus came to me. Such love.

Please pray I sleep tonight, with no anxiety and no flashbacks. I've kept seeing his face, and felt torn apart and broken.

I've cried until there is no more tears left.
