I eat apple sauce sometimes when I am craving ice cream...Or when I feel guilty for eating too much ice cream.

I eat ice cream when I'm craving ice cream. It's easier.

I am craving cookies. I virtually always crave cookies. I substitute nothing for my cookie craving because there is nothing that can substitute. Yet I have a very "efficient" metabolism therefore rarely eat cookies.

Low saturated fat, protein, carbs, taste, kills pretty much any craving I have.

No. It is a hot dog made out of buffalo meat. You know buffalo aka bison.

That's alright. I think I'm going to deep fry some hot dogs, throw some spice on them and dip them in ranch sauce anyway. Now where did I put my Lipitor? :^)

Why, I didn't know Häagen-Dazs made apple sauce - and such delicious flavors, at that. But doesn't the cookies one defeat the purpose of the fruit?

Frozen, blended bananas work as a good ice cream substitute. I love ice cream, but it often gives me stomach aches, so I can't have it as much as I'd like. Besides... the bananas are guilt-free.

I go to a Chinese Church, so most of my friends are Chinese. There's a popular type of meal called, "hotpot." There's a pot in the middle of the table with boiling water. You put food in (fish, meat, vegetables, etc.) and let it cook and then take it out, mix it in your bowl of sauce (Chinese BBQ sauce, soy sauce, egg) and eat it. It's really good, and it's especially good during the cold weather.

With the older group (not that they're so old), it's quite social. With the college group, it's quite competitive.
