  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I like what Jane wrote here. I'm not a woman who is interested in how handsome a guy is - it's his heart, his communication, his sense of humor that attracts me. But I agree with the hygiene thing...^_^

If the stuff you're looking for isn't there, hon, move on. Don't just settle. Ask me. I did for a long time and I was miserable.
I agree with you, hygiene is extremely important.

I must admit, they have to be at least a little taller than me, i'm 5'4". After that, i'm open, given they are a Godly man. :)

I am a woman who will give a man a chance but if his conversation doesnt line up with the Will of God I am out! I have learned my lesson!!! I dont like a man with missing teeth however or who are really shorter than me I am 5'10.

Thank You both:hug:

It The choice of a spouse is one of the most important in life, so a person needs to consider the person fully.

I think thats a big mistake made by most people, I know it was surely the biggest mistake of my life..................ME choosing a spouse, instead of listening to the Lord and waiting for the spouse that HE chooses for me. ;)

True, true! I know God will do a bang-up job of choosing my spouse if I surrender that to Him. I keep forgetting to. :p :o

Yes my down fall was choosing a mate and not letting God choose my mate.

I think we all agree, the heart is most important, but what I was getting at was, if you meet someone who loves God, looks great on paper but they have four missing front teeth (or whatever is unattractive to you), what would you do?

If spirituality, or the lack thereof, was the only criteria for marriage I think most of us would be married by now.
