AOG and Four-Square: How are they different?

i know they would not shun you in the church i attend, because the previous real pastor was a woman (because her husband was ill) and she had a serious deliverance ministry.
our pastor believes in deliverance but he does not make a show of it. he just tells the devils to go In Jesus Name and they leave. he does not argue with them. they just go. he prayed a prayer of deliverance over me twice, i did not know why he was doing it until a year later. the prayers of the righteous man avail much.
God will bless you wherever you go...as long as he is the One who is leading you.

I only have a few minutes. This thread was great to read since I was last on. I can't help you, ranlangley on the demonic thing. I know how I feel about it and I don't think it would help you, but I'll throw it out there and you can decide. There are so many issures there that need looked at. Like if God be for you who can be against you. And being sealed in the word. And having the gift of discernment and just so many things. When it gets to confusing like that I go back to "keep it simple". For me I would only be interested in where the Lord was taking me and using me. Others are free to think what they like. They didn't see Jesus in proper perspective, either.

Mostly just wanted to say hey to everyone and tell you this thread has a very genuine feel to it. I think somewhere I saw bithiah put up a group hug. Hugging back.

Hey back to you! Good to see you on. I just don't know about the demon issue. I'll be giving my testimony at church next Saturday and Sunday so I'll be meeting with my pastor on Wednesday. I'll chat with him about it and see what he says.

I go to both a AOG and a Four Square Church. It really depends on the church. when I moved out to chicagoland I tried going to the AOG nearby and it was awful. The particularly like the foursquare church I go to better but it might be the people. Just ask God.. that's my advice.
