Well, Anzac Day is coming up in a few days...marking 81 years since the landing of Australian soldiers in Gallipoli
Soldiers, some in their teens, fought for the country in both World War 1 and World War 2
It was hard for them to go to war and not knowing what lies ahead of them.
As both World Wars was before the invention of television, people didn't see the reality of war. (It was the Vietnam War, where people really saw the reality)
