I was once told that I had a ministry of healing.

Over the years I have written music which has given comfort and strength to people who have been seriously, even terminally, unwell.

Through a totally unexpected change in my life circumstances, I ended up becoming a Nurse.

I received my calling several years ago and a business blueprint shortly after. It provided a roadmap for development over a ten year span. Although I have no experience with fashion design. He led me to:

1. A sewing instructor with industry experience in my areas of interest who took me under her wing. She's prepared others to enter design school. One of my classmates is studying in London. I plan to go to France to do the same.

2. My woodworking teacher helped me create a custom sewing piece. I'm the second sewer he's taught. The first is in my sewing class. Small world.

3. I found my image consulting course one year ago. In spite of the current climate, I'm able to attend unimpeded and cover the class I planned to take in person.

4. I was given access to exemplary instruction in blogging, copywriting, social media, product development, SEO, and other tools to aid my business. I have a network of Christian entrepreneurs whose character and generosity is second-to-none. And two masterminds which aid my business growth and personal development.

5. I have the accountability partner I desired. Someone whose vision and work ethic ignites my own.

6. My plan to bring my daughter home has been fulfilled. A little earlier than expected. She's pursuing her purpose unencumbered as He designed.

7. I participate in a vibrant sewing community with memberships to several services to continue my instruction and hone my skills.

8. I have the green light on coaching and I'm stepping into it now. Everything I required to bring His work to fruition has been given.

I'm living the dream He placed in my heart. All things are possible through Him.

All are remarkable achievements. But this one I quoted is special. I know a woman in the church now who is praying for the same. She admittedly made some wrong decisions early in life and has suffered the reprecussions. But she's still waiting for God to bring her children home. She's expressed the heartbreak of not having them with her. (Something I can't fully understand not having children) But she's staying faithful until then. Please pray for her. I'll call her T. Thanks!

I'm happy to pray for her. Is she estranged from her children?

I should clarify, "bring her home" is a reference to my daughter leaving the workforce and pursuing her purpose full-time. 2021 was our goal. It happened a year earlier.

No, she's not estranged from them. They get to visit and go to church with her (as far as I know). But she still doesn't have full time custody.

Yes, that's difficult. The necessity of God's intervention on all parties is important. This promotes harmony and aides the healing process.

I believe God is going to bless me abundantly to give it all away for His Kingdom. He tested me and gave me a little (which is beyond what I could imagine) and He is training me with that.

God moves my heart for all and I feel how much He indeed loves the world. I don’t know how God will meet all the needs of this world that I’m burdened with. His ways are higher. He can do it without money. More than riches, I pray that He would give me faith and wisdom, and lead me by the power of His Spirit.

God remembers His promises. They are from everlasting to everlasting. I claim these promises made to our forefathers since Abraham, through faith. I’m not only a part of the inheritance but also of the promises made.

God has taken notice of the meek. I believe He is going to do mighty things for His children. He is preparing us and making a way for us. He will bring down the rulers/proud/rich from their thrones and send them away empty. He is going to raise the humble and fill the hungry with good things. This happens by a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

I've had a few dreams that later played out in life, or served as pertinent cautionary tales, but I'm no prophet. It's not something that I could replicate if I tried. My gifts are in other areas. Maybe God revealed those things to me, or maybe he just gave me the presence of mind to connect the dots, but either way such instances strengthened my faith.

I recommend writing down the things you receive from the Lord and adding the date along with the time frame for fulfillment if applicable. It's easy to forget when life gets busy. This is a good way to test the spirit to confirm its origin.

I have had a few but the easiest one to share I am comfortable to put publicly was at my baptism when I came out of the water my pastor said I will be like a canary...singing God's praises all the days of my life!

And it's true because ever since I encountered God you can't shut me up about my favourite topic, lol. Too bad it is very rare to find anybody actually that interested in the same topic to talk with in real life, sigh.
